Scholarship Mom Tip #32: Give Thanks

scholarship thank youHave you or your student won a college scholarship?

If so, don’t forget to say thank you to the people or organization that provided the scholarship. A nice, handwritten note sent to the same address that the scholarship application was sent to is a wonderful way to show the judges and business owners how much their scholarship money means and how it will help relieve the financial burden of college, even if the amount was only enough to cover textbooks.

Every little bit of scholarship money won helps and taking the time to say thank you is the right thing to do!
