Scholarships for “C” Students – Is there any hope? Yes!

Are you a “C” student and think there’s no way you’ll ever get a scholarship?

Author Felecia Hatcher joins us tonight on #CampusChat to dispel that myth.

As a “C” student in high school Felecia Hatcher beat the odds and won over $100,000 in scholarships to attend college by getting creative. She used her experience and knack for personal marketability to start her first business called Urban Excellence as a freshman in college.

She built and ran innovative college prep programs for companies like DeVry University, MECA, AMPS Institute, the YMCA,TED Center, Mount Olive Baptist Church and the Urban League.

Felecia travels the world speaking to students and adults about Personal Marketability, Building a business with limited funding and overcoming failure! She is the author of 2 books “The “C” Students Guide to Scholarships” and “How to Start a business on a Ramen Noodle Budget,” and her soon-to-be-released book titled “FAILURE.”

Felecia is author of “The C Students Guide to Scholarships: A Creative Guide to finding Scholarships when your grades suck and your parents are broke.
