This week on #CampusChat, Monica Matthews (@AidScholarship), our Scholarship Mom, hosts Alan Katzman, founder of Social Assurity (@SocialAssurity) a consultancy focused on  how to help students build & manage a responsible online presence.

Alan, former General Counsel, HR and Chief Compliance Officer to several start-up technology companies,  formed Social Assurity in 2013 to show students how to remediate their social media presence prior to college review.

Monica and Alan will discuss the impact (both positive and negative) of social media on the quest to win college scholarships. They will delve into the cyber-world and help students realize the importance of maintaining a clean online presence.
